1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the X Lend website at xlend.com.au (the "website"). By browsing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies each time you use the website.
2. Our role — information, not advice
X Lend is a finance broker. We arrange finance by comparing your application across a panel of banks and non-bank lenders. We are not a lender and we do not provide credit ourselves.
The information on this website is general in nature and is provided for informational purposes only. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs, and it is not financial, credit, tax or legal advice. Nothing on this website is an offer of credit, a quote, a pre-approval, or a recommendation to enter into any particular credit product. Before acting on anything you read here, speak to one of our licensed finance brokers.
3. Using this website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the website by anyone else. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, or any connected system, or interfere with its normal operation.
You must be at least 18 years of age to submit an enquiry or application through the website.
4. Calculators and tools
Our calculators and tools (including the borrowing power, loan repayment, YTD income and business loan eligibility tools) produce indicative estimates only. They rely on the information you enter and on general assumptions, and they do not reflect any lender's actual assessment. Results are a guide to help you plan — they are not a quote, an offer, a pre-approval, or a guarantee of any outcome. Your actual borrowing capacity, rate, repayments and eligibility depend on a full assessment and each lender's policy.
5. Enquiries and applications
When you submit an enquiry or application, you agree that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Submitting an enquiry does not create any obligation on you or on us, and it does not guarantee that finance will be arranged or approved.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images and the overall design — is owned by or licensed to X Lend Finance Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
7. Third-party links and lenders
The website may contain links to third-party websites, including those of lenders on our panel. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, products, services or practices of any third-party website. Your use of any third-party website is at your own risk and subject to that party's own terms.
8. No warranties
While we take care to keep the website accurate and up to date, we make no warranties or representations that the website will be free of errors or that access will be uninterrupted. The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, X Lend excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Privacy Disclosure. Please read them to understand how we collect, use and protect your information.
11. Complaints
If you have a concern about our service, we want to hear about it. Please see our Complaints Handling page, which explains how to raise a complaint and how to escalate it to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), of which we are a member (membership #101362).
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
13. Contact us
